Early Intervention Programs
support families and caregivers to enhance the development and learning of infant
and toddler-aged children (birth to 3 years old) who are not reaching
age-appropriate milestones, are diagnosed with certain conditions, or have medical
or social histories which may put them at risk for a developmental delay.
Family Resource Centers
offer multicultural parenting programs, support groups, early childhood services,
information, and referral resources and education for families, with the goals of
supporting families to strengthen their bonds, connect them with others, and help
them engage in their communities.
